Non-humping Hummer fun for you kids!


Hummer’s Kid Activities has coloring pages of Hummers traversing such exciting terrain as a desert and a rainforest, but what could be more adventurous than driving among the ever-expanding hole in the stabilized and possibly recovering ozone layer? Who knows how big it will be tomorrow?! Not that Hummer emissions have anything to do with ozone depletion. That’s what CFCs are for. Hummers just fart CO2 and other smog-causing chemicals on the Earth.

  1. It looks like it’s farting out the world. Only a vehicle as monolithic as a Hummer could claim to fart out continents.

  2. Ummmmm I’m with you on your intentions, but two things:

    1) Car exhaust doesn’t cause the Ozone Hole. That’s a separate issue from the problems caused by automobile exhaust. Now, auto exhause actually PRODUCES ozone, but it’s bad ozone at a low level that causes smog. So yeah, different problem than the ozone hole.

    2) in the last few years the ozone layer problem has actualyl been slightly improving due to the efforts to curb the use of CFCs and other ozone depleting chemicals.
